Pupil voice is important at The Rowans.  Strong pupil participation at The Rowans supports school improvement by helping us identify future priorities and therefore make informed decisions on wellbeing, learning and the quality of teaching. Pupils are encouraged to give feedback. They are asked regularly about the impact that teaching, learning and assessment has on their progress and attainment.
